In two weeks, the California Supreme Court Historical Society will present a program discussing key abortion cases decided by the California Supreme Court. The January 17, noon, virtual program is free and offers MCLE credit.

Registration is here.
The panel will feature UC Irvine Law Professor Michele Bratcher Goodwin, who is the founding director of the Center for Biotechnology and Global Health Policy; Los Angeles Times reporter Brittny Mejia, who wrote a detailed article about a landmark Supreme Court case (see here); and Beth Parker, currently General Counsel for Planned Parenthood California Central Coast and an Adjunct Professor at UC Hastings School of Law.
I’m on the Society’s board of directors and will moderate the program.
