Former Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye is a member of the advisory board for the Brennan Center for Justice’s new State Court Report. In its announcement yesterday, the Center said the Report is “a nonpartisan website” that “tracks cases and emerging trends in state constitutional law, updating continually with news, new commentary from experts, and cases.” The Report also “publishes a bi-weekly newsletter about the latest developments in state constitutions and courts.”
